Cote D'or
The Acajou hotel lies directly on the beautiful Cote d’Or beach of Praslin in a carefully maintained tropical garden. It is named after the mahogany (acajou) which were specially cultivated for environment-friendly construction in a man-made forest of southern Africa.
It comprises 28 tastefully decorated rooms spread out amidst casuarina and takamaka trees by the water’s edge, each room with a balcony facing the sea. Within a short walking distance guests will find a number of small restaurants as well as a sophisticated casino. Five minutes away by car is the jetty where you catch the ferry to neighboring la Digue. Guest facilities include a bar, restaurant, cocktail lounge, swimming pool, beach bar - all offering charming and friendly Seychellois.
