A unique, artistically-styled retreat built with undulating curves that mimic the rolling hillside on which the lodge is set; blending in effortlessly into its surrounds. The interior is a cool white, accented by earth toned accessories and enhanced by modern decor chosen for its quality and the integrity of its design. The lodge runs on eco-friendsly principles not only in design but in its use of resources. It employs state of the art wind and solar power technology.
The comfortable lounge, bar and dining areas are found in the open-plan main building. Olarro is known for its personal service and delicious continental cuisine. Fresh herbs from the camp’ s garden are used to prepare homemade pastas and freshly baked breads. The viewing platform overlooks a waterhole. The camp also has three plunge-pools.
